This set was taken during an el cheapo EasyJet weekend excursion to Helsinki back in January 2010. When the plane landed the outside temperature was -21c and my first lungful of Finnish air felt like I'd been stabbed. Well worth a visit though. The buildings have a cold war stalinist feel about them and you can see why certain films were filmed in Helsinki.
